Research
NOFC brings together healthcare providers, housing experts, senior living providers, and other experts to research ideas for reducing falls and fall-related injuries in our area.
Education
NOFC’s educational efforts raise awareness about fall-related risks and provide evidence-based, fall-prevention programs throughout our members’ communities.
Outreach
NOFC works with medical and senior-living communities to integrate fall prevention into their programming, and we provide first responders with informational resources to leave behind on fall-related runs.
Advocacy
NOFC’s advocacy initiatives include supporting government funding for fall-prevention programs and promoting effective legislative strategies that prevent falls.
